Carlos has been working as a professional chef at restaurants throughout the Pacific Northwest for the past seven years. Carlos has past expereicne working as the head chef at The Space Needle, The Met Bar and Grill, and Daniel's Broiler. When Carlos heard about the launch of 4th Street Lounge, he saw our vision and accepted the job as Head Chef. Carlos' specialty is adding unique spins to traditional favorites. Stop in and feel free to ask about Carlos' most popular appetizers.

HEAD BARTENDER 

Ricky recently finished mixology school, and we were lucky enough to add him to our staff as 4th Street Lounge's head bartender. Ricky has a charisma that is unmatched and he has no problem connecting with our customers. He also has a very creative eye when it comes to making drinks.  Many of our unique cocktails are Ricky's original concoctions; you won't find them anywhere else. Stop by 4th Street Lounge and take advantage of our cocktail specials. You won't be dissapointed.
